Was in and out with no problem. Went in for recall.
I had the best experience at Plaza Infiniti! It was easier than I imagined it would be to purchase a car like this (QX70). The receptionist was super sweet, the salesman I worked with was cool, and the manager Patrick was just awesome! I even had a good experience with the person I would refer to as, "The Closer", the accountant. It seemed as though I was with family. I will definitely return to Plaza Infiniti for my next purchase. I recently had my brakes repaired on my Q60.It is a very nice car and it is a pleasure for me to drive it. Every time I take my car in for service I am always pleased when I leave.
I recently purchased a QX60. Salesman was very courteous, and very pleased with the deal.
I’ve always had good service at Plaza. Dan has always been great to work with, and Nikki too. The only problem I’ve had is with the Bluetooth on my XJ35, seems every time my iPhone updates there a problem with phone disconnecting, they reset it last week and it’s working great for now!
I've been using Plaza Motors for the past 35 or so years. Jim, Dan, Cody, Nicki, (Infiniti Service), you're the very best. You greet me as a friend and keep my car in tip-top shape. Thank you so much for being there every time I've needed you.
