After reading some not so good reviews of Plaza... I will say I was hesitant taking my business there. I have to say it was a very good experience for me. My salesman put forth a lot of extra effort to make sure I was happy with the entire process... their finance guy was very low pressure, and very accommodating... their service manager went the extra mile to address a couple small concerns during my purchase. I highly recommend Plaza!
I had to return several different times after trying to troubleshoot the issue but I think it has been resolved the guys up there were great Mike Sims and Scott went above and beyond even fixed a trouble Tire and made sure my loaner car was accommodating to my needs Top Notch service would recommend it to anybody!
Purchased my last two Infinities from Plaza. So very pleased with the service I receive that I drive 90 miles one way for my oil changes and inspections. Courteous, friendly and thorough ...loaner cars offered or if you just want to hang around the lounge internet stations available, not to mention the complimentary drinks, fruit and pastries. Ooops...car wash too:)
I dropped off a newly purchased car to have a remote starter installed, and the interior cleaned. When I picked it up, and asked a gettleman from service how to use it he told me "I'll have to figure it because it's an after-market part." Ironically he followed this up with "Is there anything else I can do for you?" After going to another person to figure out how the remote started worked, I left and realized the climate control system was malfunctioning, so I returned. They dropped off my vehicle the next day.
