Our 2017 infinity QX60 broke down in February 2019. Plaza towed it to their facility for free considering it is still under warranty. I explained the symptoms to the service technician over the phone and he immediately asked me if we had gotten gas recently. My wife had just filled up that morning. This dealership/service facility is such a pleasant place for taking your car or buying a new one. The employees are all so friendly. From the time you pull into the service bay area, you are treated respectfully and friendly and helpful.
