Booked into the South Tower and the room is very nice. The Hotel has spent effort in improving their rooms Well worth it.

I got ripped off at the crap table here and I will never come back here again! Call me your racist if you want to but if you can't understand English and you don't know the difference between the come line in the don't come line why the hell do they have you working this table? Also if I'm the only player at the table and there are three of you people don't you think you can let me actually see the dice when I shoot it as it goes in it up I mean it was only a little bitty $10 bet! Shellene Whaley Stayed in this hotel for 5 days on vacation and it was horrible, the rooms were small and the bathroom was even smaller. When i bought the tickets it said I would get 300.00 in coupons we did not receive. On the last day our shuttle bus that was reserved to take us to the airport they also messed up, but they did end up paying for a cab to the airport. 👎👎👎⚠️⚠️🚫🚫🚫🚫 Would never stay there again..............

They suck, from customer service to the rooms.. they smell like cigarettes, and they don't give you what you pay for..

Our stay at the Plaza was very nice, a snow storm forced us to extend our vacation and we had no problem keeping our room on the 18th floor. The ice machine was not working, but as soon as we reported it, they repaired it. Overall a great time.

So far so good! Only thing I wish was different is the size of the bathroom, and there's no fridge in the room unless you want to pay extra. If you decide to go to the time share presentation please know you will be sitting there with a real person trying to sell you on it. We were told we could sit through a 90 min video and get a bunch of free stuff so of course we said yes. We felt horrible for wasting the man's time working for the timeshare company, but we did explain from the beginning that we were misinformed. Other t... read more
