Just Fantastic! Great steaks @ Oscar's! Great location and friendly staff! Room was very clean and comfy! The Best for the price! And...I WON! Hey!!!
We have been going to Plaza for over 30 years. We have had good experiences there as well as times that we were not happy. They did manage to make it right. There are times I wish they had the old 50's diner back. I do enjoy getting rooms for discounted / or free. My mother is most comfortable at Union Plaza. I do hope they continue to upgrade their hotel. Our plans are to have another family reunion in June 2014.
The Place to be Downtown! #1 The best Casino you can imagine!
Just got back from a week long stay at the Plaza. Loved it. As always love the staff from the floor staff, housekeeping to the slot club and higher ups. Was treated Great by all. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is an issue with the players club and I have addressed this with the proper people. I hope that they think seriously about a change in policy that they have made.
Love staying at the Plaza...can't wait for June going to celebrate my birthday!
Date is wrong. Stayed here in October of 2012. And again in October 2014.
I'd like to give 5 stars believe me. All my friends know The Plaza is where I stay every time I come visit. There are a few hiccups here and there but I still always come back.
Want to say worst experience ever... stayed on the 7th floor and always smelled like dope.. the casino was great but as far as the room needed some better upgrades the toliet didn't flush right the bath tub filled up with water and wouldn't go down also the shower didn't get my water coming out.. worst experience ever.
