It wasn't a bad stay really liked the placing of where its at but they need to fix the water pressure and pillows are very flat other than that it wasn't bad! I would def think about staying again!

Absolutely amazing experience. First visit to the great City of Las Vegas, this hotel and casino is perfectly located at the beginning of Freemont street. The hotel has been difficult to leave because it houses everything I needed to have a good time during my stay.I was lucky enough to work with a staff member named Denetha a couple of times. She was incredibly helpful in making sure all of our questions were answered and we knew exactly where to go and what to do during our time here. Certainly plan to be repeat customers ... read more

They need to update the hotel. Only thing I like was the swimming pool. We had issues with are shower twice. First time it wouldn't drain. Second time you couldn't turn the heat up. I stay in two different rooms. We stay there once when we fly in. And once when we were leaving.

Always a great stay, very helpful staff. They have been working hard over the last couple years to improve their facilities also.

Piece of s*** hotel. Horrible horrible service. Either they need all new employees or the place needs shut down. Security guards telling people to shut the f*** up when they have a guy in hand cuffs for no reason, after slapping a drink out of his hand, hitting him after he's already on the ground . B**** a** security. I will never ever go there again.
