This is my 3rd time staying at the Plaza Hotel.My other experiences where great. I am currently here at the hotel and checked in thursday night. The 1st issue was the air conditioner wasnt working. So a man came up to fix it around 1130 pm. About 10 mimutes after i called. My second issue is the bath tube is clogged so the water takes about 45 min to drain after a shower. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up it has been about 45 minutes and we are waiting to shower. I cant wait to checkout saturda... read more

We have been to Vegas numerous times and stayed at several different hotels. The Plaza has always treated us like better then anyone. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are great. We will continue to stay at The Plaza. They make us feel welcome and can show us a great time.

Great Service at the Plaza! Love the original theater and the restaurants....Speedy checkin, friendly staff, room was comfy. Oscar's is the best steakhouse in Vegas! We'll be back...

This is longest Vacations that we had Experience in 3 Months, staying in our Grandview Timeshare Resort Vegas, and 5 Casinos. We're lucky to have the opportunities to meet the nice people in these places. Plaza Casino & Hotel made us feel like at home. We joined the Special Event Party, had meeting Guests from allover the World, the Fantastic Evening was Significant Remarkable. Plaza Team's Efforts & Hospitality... we Really Appreciated!!!!! The bathroom was dirty tub and toilet seat) and customer service at the bar sucked,otherwise it was good and perfect location

When we first checked in my bf and I were told that the show lovers or losers would be airing the next day as we thought we had time to unpack and enjoy ourselves after our very long flight but instead was informed that the show only aired that day and we had less than 30 min to get ready! Was rushed and wasn't going to get our $100 back if we didn't attend or wasn't on time!�� .. was very upset about this... but overall the hotel is decent small bathroom and crapy view... but everyone seemed nice and somewhat helpful.. the ... read more

This may be my new home on Fremont Street. Pool was fun and relaxing, bar staff very personable and friendly, plenty of food options, rooms clean and comfortable, and have the all the gambling choices I enjoy.
