Went for big bingo service horrible took 6hrs to get our room no coffee for rooms
Don't go there over priced and nasty as they want to be room we had the walls had damage the tub the t.v. had a big crayon marks nasty customer service we book a room with a king bed 2 weeks before we left to Vegas we get there they only have twin beds or queen bed I was like we had book this room they gave us the run around it not worth the piss in the bucket.
Great price and a great place to stay. It's very clean
We had a great time there. As with all casinos, cigarette smell was unpleasant.
Great hotel. Clean and courteous friendly staff!! Right close to Fremont street. Just did blues bender and it was awesome!!
Had to upgrade from the north tower to the south tower because our room was not very clean. the manager was very good about making our stay with them a good experience.
The whole casino smelled like raw sewege. Then They put us on a floor facing Fremont street. All we heard was music until 2 am... the room was clean and the king bed was ok. But I doubt I will be back.
Is there any question how many stars this place deserves??? This rating is based on the casino and it's amazing staff, the shuttle drivers, front desk crew, Hash House A Go Go and Oscar's!!! Most of my time spent in the Plaza is in the Casino and usually at the Craps table. All the dealers I've had the pleasure of being at the table with including but not limited to Michael, Shannon, Joshua...boss Oscar and Arthur...and casino host Curtis are some of the best! The hotel is obviously old. Water took forever to get hot, the air conditioning unit in the room was so loud it was difficult to sleep. The room smelled of smoke, even tho it was a non smoking room. The beds need to be replaced. Casino rather dirty. Needs a major facelift overall. The customer service needs to improve.
