The staff is very friendly and helpful but the reason I only gave 3 stars is because the rooms need to be updated. We had a strange odor coming from the sink which tells me the plumbing needs to be redone. I have to say the pool area is awesome now!!

Terrible terrible customer service for a poor quality room. Our room reservations (after taxes and fees) came to $172.50 for a two night stay. When we got home and checked our bank statements they had charged $269.50. Not only is this 100% unexpected but also not worth the $269 for a Poor quality room. When I called to ask why I was over charged the lady had additional hidden fees to pull out from everywhere. Needless to say, if you want to know what you'll actually be paying for- this isn't the place!

I liked the first room we were in but it was a non-smoking room. Need a smoking room for my husband and the second room was not as good as the first.

I had to go to 3 different rooms. The room that was reserved for me. Someone was in there. My key wouldn't work. I went down to the help desk. And told me that it was available. So they activated the card. Went back up. And opened if. There was stuff from that person. Went down stairs. And they gave me another room. Then the a/c stop working. They came and fix it. Then it broke down again a couple hours later. So I ended up getting another room. It was a hassle moving from room to room. The front desk people they didn't care... read more

The hotel is beautiful. The service is awesome. So much to do day and night . Our room was clean. I would recommend it to my family and friends

My room smelled like Pee! It was the bathroom curtains. Even though they changed the curtains for me and my room I couldn't get the smell out of my nose!

Clean room, looked newly remodeled. Zaba's, Brightside Cafe and Oscar's were all very good. I will be returning to all 3. Thanks for all you did to make my stay special Lisa M.
