Denetha was great! She was very patient, friendly and professional..She made our stay very enjoyable..We will be returning back to the Plaza Hotel next time we are in Vegas..
This is our third year to stay here and we have no complaints. The bathroom is a little small but room makes up for it. You are only in the room to sleep and not party. The schuddle bus to the NFR is great and cost saving. We found the places to eat in the hotel to be very good and median priced. Will there next year!
Really super nice staff always lots to do and Fremont is right outside and good food we love it here at the Plaza Hotel & Casino !!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay for three days. I did great on the Blackjack Tables.
a hotel with a lot of charm, clean rooms, nice and hard-working staff, many possibilities to eat and it was all very good, we felt comfortable and will gladly come back
We had a great stay at the Plaza. Our room was just ok. But we had excellent service. Cedric in Transportation was my hero helping us get a party bus for our large group to go bowling 🎳. Thx to everyone!!
WORST experience ever. Another guest flooded the 19th floor all the way down, taking out the elevators and sporadic power. It’s understandable that the Plaza and employees had nothing to do with that. The issue was how it was handled and how guests were treated was the problem. The hotel smelled like an old rendering plant crossed with mold. I will never recommend or stay at this property ever again. I did send an email to the Plaza and have not heard back.
As a local, I went to the Plaza for the entertainment. The Scintas rocked it! Great show in an “old Vegas” style showroom. Its an easy hotel to negotiate- no endless wandering trying to find the venue or our friends. That Plaza also has a live band on the weekends and they were outstanding. We really enjoyed our night out. The only negative is the excessive parking fees. Highest of all of the hotels so far. It’s not a “deal killer” and we will go back sometime.
