Food is awesome and the blackjack pays good all aroung great experience
Terrible service still waiting for the safe to be opened
Run down, tired and stinks like cigarette smoke like nonplace I have ever been. Antiquated and load a/c system. Awful beds and pillows. Cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I went to see a band there a couple of times. It was nice and employees were nice and cheaper drinks than most. I'll go back for sure.
We really enjoyed our stay here at the Plaza hotel, the only down fall was when we first arrived and there was time share promoters waiting to get people the minute you walk in . Aside from that the stay was fabulous and the pool was soo relaxing!!
I was very happy with my room. Check in was wonderful as was check out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. It is convenient to Fremont Street and worth the stay.
Be careful letting valet park your car. We were there Oct 13th thru 15th. We had valet park our car. Didn't move it all weekend. When we had them bring our car to us they had dented it. We made a report now they are saying it wasn't them and they denied my claim. I will never stay here again.
After checking in and realizing we were given the key to someone else’s room!!! We had to go back down and be given a new room, Then we had someone attempt to enter our room later that night!!! There is definitely a glitch in their checking in system! The noise from the “Downtown” crowd is SO LOUD. If you are a light sleeper, this is NOT the place for you. I enjoy the hotel the rooms with clean the people was friendly I and had a great time the music is great will recommend it to my friends and family and we'll stay again the next time I come to Las Vegas
