I booked a room at The Plaza this last weekend. When I arrived in my room it stunk of raw sewage and the table wasn't clean. I showered, only to have water pool in the tub above my ankles. Looked in the drain and it was the most disgusting thing I'd ever seen. Got out of the shower, look at the wall in the outer part of the bathroom and saw makeup powder all over the wall and baseboard along with someone's used q-tip. We checked in last january 4 2017.. 3 of us my bf and my son they give us 1 shampoo and 1 lotion.. the bathroom is so small and so dirty. Never gonna go back again.

This place used to smell like a dirty toilet. There was a feces smell throughout the casino back when it was the Union Plaza. Gone are the days where The Sunspots played in the lounge and dancing was not allowed. Bring back The Sunspots.

We had a great stay! The staff was excellent and very helpful! The new pool area is awesome! We even got lucky. I love all the restaurant options available. The affordable gambling is a plus! We had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go back!

Our first time in Vegas. Our first room was unclean and had no coffee machines in the room. There is some type of plumbing issue which makes the bathroom and shower smell. Half of the staff was unfriendly (the bellman who helped us was good though). The coupon booklet to the amenities which we pay for in our resort fees was barely usable. The ticket desk couldn't look up the shows we were interested in. The elevators always smelled bad. Arrived at almost 5am & there was no bellman working so I had to get their cart & bring up an entire car full of stuff. Casino floor has a horrible ordor. It was so bad I couldn't stay there to play. Overall rooms are descent & employees were ok. Only 1s that were actually friendly & seemed to enjoy interacting with guest was a maint man named Frank & the parking exit guard (forgot his name) It took almost 40 min to get help from bellman to check out than when I got my 2 wheel suitcase back it was missing a wheel.
