Me and my wife had a great time room was good but they need better pillows. Bring some from home for a good night sleep. Also the hallways smelled like pot all the time other then that I like how close we were to Fremont Street. The pool area is cool lots of food options that are good and the people are nice.
Everything was oky clean hotel great customer service but what I didn't like is that they only accepted card,wanted to stay another night and well had cash only...

stayed here 5 days for honey moon...room was nice and clean...wasnt really lush as i imagined but just ok...the staff was efficient but not personal and friendly...the best part was pool on roof of 5th floor and the location...our viev was on 9th floor over looking freemont st...so it was like you were always a part of the party...jus walk out the front door and yr instsntly in the mix of fun!!! plaza needs some updates but i loved it...we will be staying there again!
Great downtown location, low limits, nice rooms, and friendly employees.
Horrible customer service!! They closed the pool early and when I asked who I could talk to they said nobody!
Only one chair in a double room? Where to sit? The mattresses are broken down along the edges from people sitting. My back aches from lack of support. The floor? Management does not care, and refused to let us have a chair from a ballroom. I know there's a big event (Big Blues Bender) but the bingo room is almost empty and has plenty of chairs. Cruel. Chintzy.
First time in Vegas, stayed at several of hotels for my visit and hands down it was the best and I loved Fermont St
