Second stay at the plaza in as many years, the rooms are big and clean, more than we ever expect staying downtown. Dinner for 8 of us at oscars, rivaled some of the better steakhouses we have ever been to, Bobby was a fantastic waiter. The only downside ever going there is the casino could soooo use a refresh. All in all a fantastic stay!!!
Everything was gratis until we went to Brightside restaurant. We ordered our food. It was all good until someone from our Group ordered a glass of milk. The cashier could not sell us it since it was not on the menu. So we asked for the manager, whose name is chris, and said he couldnt sell us the glass of milk because it wouldnt show the profit.so we offered to pay the price of the whole gallon of milk for one glass of milk. He Still refused. Worst service ever.would not está their again.
I wish they had some conditioner with the shampoo. I would've given it four stars.
I could only stay for half an hour because of a layover with my bus schedule. But it was amazing
This visit was different...we had a non-smoking room and the minute we opened the door it wreaked of smoke. My girlfriend stepped on something in the bathroom and it was someone's fake finger nail (from the last guest). Gross ! We had the do not disturb sign on the door until 11:30 am and then they never came to clean the room, bring new towels or deliver the extra pillows we requested!!
Love ❤️ the Plaza! Can't wait till next time and we have not even left yet

We just got home yesterday from staying at the Plaza. We had a fun week. Clean room, friendly staff, especially the ladies working the bingo hall. Can't wait to go back. Already trying to plan another trip later this year.
