Dumpy hotel. Rooms were not updated as the website stated. Disgusting with small bathrooms and yucky sheets. Honestly checked for bed bugs cause that's how bad it was. Got my money back and went to the Venetian. Much better now. Don't stay here or even step foot in this place. The staff is also horrible. The so called manager yelled at my dad and my dad said something back and they called security on us for nothing. Piece of shit hotel
Just not how it used to be rude employees just half ass service, time to find a new place to stay down here.
Worst experience at a hotel. Handicap room, condom rappers and condoms left by bed.... Ewww , And I'm here from out of town on my birthday at that.... My first and last time there. I would not ever recommend someone that I personally no to go there!!!

I've been to the plaza 4 times in 3 months and now suddenly you charge for an extra day for late check out? That's ludicrous! Never mind the price has gone up. Usually when u pay this much for a hotel I at least get a microwave.
Clean hotel/casino, great slots, fun and reasonably priced table games even on a Friday night! Great staff, always very kind and helpful... Even before I won big :-).
