My husband and I spent our anniversary at Plaza compliments from our kids. We hadn't been there since 2001. Wow what a change. We had a wonderful time looking foward to going again.
We joined the vip casino club and were upgraded to a corner penthouse suite. Loved the room, loved Fremont and loved Oscars Steakhouse. Would stay here again!
First of all before I start my rant the bell boy and valet parking attendant Paul was amazing and so sweet. Here we go so the rooms suck u can here everything in ur room from down the srtip oh and they charged me an outrages charge after checking out when never telling me when i checked out I have now paid over 4hundred dollars for my stay fuck them will never ever go there again and will not recommend them to anyone ever
Very unhappy with Plaza,we booked this vacation in Feb when we arrived in June we were told the pool isnt in service...ok fine but why wouldnt u let me know before hand and not when I checked in???....So they tell us u can use the pool across the street well the pool isnt across the street and u have to walk in the 106° temps over there to swim!!!! REALLY??? Who does this to customers!!! Not to mention the 3rd and 4th floor smeel like raw sewage along with the sink and tub drains in our room!!!! I fell like im on a prank sho... read more

I made a reservation for non smoking room, joke... it smells so bad and there were even ash trays in the room. Toilet was dirty, the room had not been vacuum. Will never stay hear again. Claudia from Arizona
I love the Union Plaza, because it brings back memories. I missed the word, "UNION" and the red neon thing on top of the sign, because it was used in "Cool World".
