My wife and I have been coming to the Plaza aka Union Plaza since we were 20, maybe 21 lol. Have enjoyed it there for years. Last year was the 1st time back in many years the remodel of the casino and the rooms were awesome. Great job and we are hoping to stay here in March. See ya soon

I enjoy the service and hospitality of the entire staff immensely. It's the only hotel I stay at when I travel to Las Vegas.

We have stayed here every year for the past five years. The staff and accommodations are amazing!!!! We have stayed on the the Strip and we will only stay at the Plaza Hotel and Casino while in Vegas!!! They put the customer first like Vegas use to do!!!! Just love the Downtown Area and Oscar's and Du-par's are the best places to eat in Vegas!!!

Rooms could use work. But on a brighter note letty and sharon were amazing. They helped me at the players club desk. They worked together to fix a mistake. Thank u sharon and letty

We spent 8 days in November at the Plaza. Everyone was great! Only place we stay. We will be back soon! Everyone remembers you when you come back. They make you feel like you are at home!!
