We stay at the Plaza 3-4 times a year, don't know when the last time we paid for a room. Unlike other casinos in Vegas or elsewhere, staff remembers us by name, problems are dealt with on the spot, security pays attention and makes us feel safe. All you nay sayers expect the world. We won't stay anywhere else. Thank you Plaza for making our stay memorable
Saw the Scintas,and ate a Oscar's. Do not miss either if you are in Vegas!!!

The Plaza was fantastic the staff was great and the hotel is newly remodeled and getting better every day thanks for a great time.
Excellent room, location & price. The only negative is the check-out time, would like it to be just one hour later. Overall a very nice hotel within walking distance from the Freemont experience! LOVE IT!!

I'm so sorry to post this complaint. I feel that Plaza should know and be aware of one of the employee.Me and my husband have been staying at the plaza for the last 15 years. We are treated well we visit at least every 2 months. This is the second time I've been spoken to rudely by the cocktail waitress Ariana. I appreciate every worker. I just feel I need to warn you about her rudeness. I hope management would speak to her. We come from Phoenix to have a good time not to be mistreated.
