This place is awesome. If you come with a negative attitude, you are putting that energy out. Everywhere we have gone, in this casino, the staff has been nothing but excellent. Really fun place to stay.
The only problem I had was the shower gel that was in the bathroom was broken and leaking from the bottom and their was hair in our shower! (which should have been cleaned completely)
I just want to share my experiences I had at the Plaza Hotel & Casino for a week of September 7 - 13, 2016. I attend the sold out Big Blues Bender with a sold out hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The pool was cool and welcoming. I simply had a great time and will be back. PS - the gambling tables and machines took my money but that is another post.
. Unless you got to the pool at 8:30 there was never a seat anywhere. They weren't supposed to be open until 10:00. The room itself was old and so were the furnishings. No coffee maker, no closet and no where to put on makeup unless you leaned way over the sink. I don't consider McDonalds or Subway restaurants. Oscars was wayyyy too expensive and the only other restaurant was jammed most of the time. There was no ceiling on the third floor, just taped up plastic. The Plaza Hotel once again (3 years in a row) made my 5 day 4 night stay in Las Vegas an experience I'll never forget. The Hotel staff was absolutely 5 star and so accomodating. I'd like to give my pal Steve the bartender at Oscars a big shout-out THANK YOU for everything and making my pit-stops at the bar ones to remember! See y'all next year! Sept 6th-10th 2017
Service and casino is awesome, best location in my opinion. Room was just ok, bed was very hard and uncomfortable and had no mini fridge. We had the delux King room so I expected more in terms of quality. Overall it was good considering the amazing restaurant downstairs and awesome location.
We had a great time. It was nice and clean. The pool was awesome, price was good and in the heart of downtown.
I had a room there it was ok I will come back just to get away from the house
We were happy with the hotel until a drunk man started beating on our door around 11:00 pm. We could not get the front desk to answer the phone so we had to call 911. Security finally showed up with the man passed out in front of our door. The response from the front desk was we were very busy. No excuse.
