This is the second time I've stated here. First time, we found drugs in the drawer of our room. We contacted the Hotel's security and they took care of it and upgraded us to a nicer room. Second time here. Sink is clogged, water takes forever to heat up in the shower. Ridiculous. Last time we're staying here.

We were there for bike fest this weekend ,we got up grated to a room with a View,which I thought was cool, went up to the room ,OMG found a roach we quickly killed found lots of long hair in the rest room ,we called front desk they apologized and moved us to another room we said OK koo, so we get there and we look through the room and again trash cans had empty beer cans also hair on the floor,we showed the bell boy that took our stuff he said that's not acceptable we can give u another room we said no thank u we'll stay put... read more

Hi we've been staying at the Plaza for yrs and for some reason there's always something wrong in our room. This time it was the bathroom door, it was broken..I thought Housekeeping would've caught it when we they came to clean the room. Damn near hanging off the door. All in all The Plaza is a nice place to stay. Will be back for New Years! Thank you for all you do.
