The hotel has come a really long way from what it used to be! The customer service was excellent, the slots were loose and paid off 3 days in a row I won some type of small jackpot to keep me going. Waitresses were quick and kind, the casino wasn't smokey and was very clean and smelled good too! Keep up the good work, we loved our birthday trip 2017! See you guys in June 😎

I was a hotel guest from Tuesday, February 28th to Tuesday, March 7th. This is my fourth trip to Las Vegas in 7 years. Unfortunately this has been my worst experience. The Plaza Hotel & Casino would of received a positive review had it not been for me being entrapped in an elevator for over an hour. A serious lack of professionalism was shown and no follow up was provided. Shouldn't you try and make it right?
We had an awesome stay. We had a great view of Fremont street from our room. The pool area was great (wish the drink prices were cheaper though). We had great room service and they were very accommodating for our baby!
Great job, great food, great hotel, did I mention winning huge amounts of cash!
I usually stay at the Golden Nugget but I'm now going to stay at The Plaza. I had an amazing 1st time stay. I can't wait to go back and get in the pool unfortunately it was too cold and windy this weekend.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Room was good. Staff was helpful & friendly. Like I said pleasant stay.
Where to even start.... Our suite was extremely dated. The front desk was understaffed at all times. The room was so loud from outside noise you had no chance of sleeping till at least 3am. There's ZERO room service offered (only hotel I've seen in Vegas this way). Had to grab towels from the house keeper cart as we were given 2 in our room for our entire weekend stay. We will certainly not be back. As locals we had really expected so much better.
