Great slot /Great service
Great room, close to Fremont Street with a good casino.
Stuck in one of their elevators for 45 min and 100’. Emergency phone phone in elevator didn’t even work!! And the manager did nothing to compensate! Horrible Horrible customer service !
I like it. It’s remodeled, nice ,clean. Except today’s disappointment, the bath tab was really dirty, like there wasn’t no one cleaning in while. Otherwise it’s nice hotel
We have stayed at the Plaza twice within the last year and have been completely satisfied each time. The location is perfect for us, the rooms are comfortable and convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful. We recommend staying at the Plaza!
So much better than last year's Gold Spike! Staff above and beyond at Valet, Bell Hop and registration! Ice machines!
