Hello, I'd just like t say that my experience with Platinum Properties was great from day 1. I'd like to specifically shine the light on Victoria Bailey who handled the majority of my calls and paperwork. She was very efficient, kind and helpful. I look forward to working with you all during the time-frame of my lease.
I was very satisfied with the services I received this day. I called Platinum and Ms. Jennifer was very polite, made sure I got taken care of and told me to call her back if I didn't hear from anyone. Within an hour the plumber was calling me to set something up.
Everyone was very nice
First time renter here. These ladies in the office are more then a blessing. They will work with you just as long as you keep your end of the deal. They will help you anyway they possibly can. They did me and for that I'm forever grateful.

I donât think itâs possible for Platinum Realtyâs customer service to get any better. ( really awesome customer service) Kristy at the front desk help me over the phone when I called, and Kristy also helped me when I got to the office.
