Worst company ever!
Donât wait nine months to fix the dish washer. Donât take three months to fix the back door seal. Donât bill me for your mistakes.(yes ya sent me a bill for something that I wrote on my move inspection sheet explaining how it was broken.) Clean the house before letting people move in! Receptionist was very helpful in setting up an appointment on such short notice since we were only in town for two days
HATE This Company. They are slum lords. They half ass do things. MOLD GROWS EVERY WHERE AND THEY PAINT OVER IT Instead of actually fixing the problem. They don't document your complaints or you walk around complaints when you first move in so that they can take it out of your deposit. They are nasty and trashy and i would not move here. I live in a town home. Some are owned by different companies. The other companies townhomes look well kept and clean and the ones Platinum Realty own look Nasty. It looks like the projects.
