You guys are great
Everyone that helped us were very nice.
It went very well. They work with me to do me in to see the home after my husband saw it. Everyone has been very nice. When we get in the house , I will know more.

When you do a pre inspection and say do x y and z to get your money back on your deposit then you need to honor that. Your just another company ripping off soldiers I already reported you to so many agencies I hope you get black listed from ft. Campbell
I think that everything has been good as far as renting and having repair work done. Everyone has been courteous and polite. Willing to help.
My experience has been good. In spite of bank issues I was able to explain to them and get it all under control. The representatives at Platinum have been on point. The only issue I have is the overgrowth in back of the apartment building. The grass is kept up but they do not take care of the overgrowth to the fence. It has become a dumping site for people. Good work Platinum
