I reported an emergency and was told they would be there the day after. A week goes by, no call. I cant do dishes, cant use the water in my kitchen (which is the only one with a filter on it so I can have drinking water), cant wash or dry any of my clothes. Each day I would call to see how they were doing, there was some sort of problem like it was being marked complete, or it was canceled two or three times, so no one was sent.
I think your visit was great...loved meeting Molly I do believe that was her name...she was a doll!! She listened to my concerns...took pics...she was a very pleasant and sweet professional young woman...thank you! I really have been very impressed with Platinum making my renting experience great!
