if you like cleaning and spending almost $300 to have carpets cleaned and sprayed to have them still keep your deposit then sure. I have them over a 2 month notice, did EVERYTHING on the move out sheet except for 1 blind because it was "too short" and got back $8 from my over $500 deposit. the women are rude. the company price gouges, especially if you've been there for awhile and they want to raise the unit prices they start to double their fees. Molly White has been so helpful with a few minor problems I've had and is such a delight to talk to. She follows through and keeps me informed in a timely manner. Wonderful experience with Platinum Realty and Management. I was out of state through the entire rental process but Kim was so helpful and made it a very easy transition for me.
Platinum Realty & Management has made my renting experience an easy and good one. They’ve taken care of repairs in a timely manner. Anytime I have to go into the office the staff and environment is welcoming and friendly. I’d recommend the company to anybody that is looking for an effortless renting experience.

DO NOT RENT FROM PLATINUM REALTY. I will start off by saying we rented sight un-seen and we take responsibility for that. We are a military family and we got last minute, unexpected orders and did what we needed to at the time. The pictures looked great. We showed up and the bathroom ceiling was completely pink and black with mold. The face of the front door knob was hanging off. We had no fire alarms. The fridge was rusted. They are very helpful in all areas of finding you what you are looking for in a home to rent. Krissi and Molly are so so nice. They will go above and beyond to help u get settled into your new home. They are both a asset to this company.
My review of this company is as follows. .. I have always paid my rent on time, never destroyed the property and it has been maintained and kept clean always. We have lived in the rental property for a year. In the begining my oldest daughter and her fiance were of age and had to also sign the lease. They asked durring the lease signing when they wete ready to move out if they could come take their names off the lease. Public Service Announcement!! DO NOT RENT FROM PLATINUM REALTY in Clarksville!!!! So incredibly unethical, unprofessional and treat their LOYAL tenants like shit!!!! Reality check if someone has been renting from you for almost 2 years it’s not right to just put them out on the street after, but not limited to, they NEVER missed a rent payment and was only late by 2 days twice in 17 months, they have kids and you only give them 30 days to do so and finally one of the tenants on the lease moves out prematurely that was also b... read more
