There was a leak coming from the apartment behind me and the water came into my apartment. Platinum sent someone out the same day to stop the leak and someone to clean the carpet the next day. Kristy called to make sure everything was being taken care off. I couldn't be happier with the customer service.
The office staff was absolutely amazing. The property on the other hand wasn't cleaned and I had to take trash from the garage and the floors were dirty. Kristy was great in providing everything I needed. I give it four stars because of the courtesy of the staff in the office.
