The experience I've had with Platinum Realty and Management has been phenomenal. You all are very quick and responsive. I started my interest in a home on Friday and I was in the home before the following Friday. Thank you for such a great experience!

Our experience in getting a rental and approved was absolutely wonderful, and I commend the great job and efforts made during this process. However, I have sent a couple of emails in response to some issues we were having with a payment (it is completely fixed now), and while we were trying to be proactive with this we have yet to hear anything from the management company regarding either email sent. I hope this is not going to be an issue in the future, since prompt communication is very important to both of us. :)
The employees, are very nice, they listens and talk to you when you have problems. They give you a chance to work out your payments as long as you keep them inform.
Everybody was very professional and all maintainence issues were resolved with quick responses.
Awesome!!!!! Love the customer service, happy faces, and smiles from everyone who weren't even assisting me at the time. Great place, great atmosphere, great people!

They are always helpful and go out their way to provide the best customer service possible. I appreciate all that has been been done for me and my family.
Called on Friday to have it fixed. Called on Sunday again to have it fixed. Guy said he had no record of me calling friday..... But thankfully it was taken care of Sunday.
