Great place to rent from while loo k ing for a permanent location. Loved the space and location.
Sherry and Ms. April were on the job. They coordinated everything and were willing to work with us on our uncertain and wacky schedule getting our house up on the market. Within a day of it being advertised we had people asking to view it and within a week applications were being submitted thanks to these hard working ladies.
April Brewer did a wonderful helping me with an issue I had with my deposit. I told her the problem and she solved it in a very timely manner! I will always recommend platinum realty to everyone in town!
Overall a great rental company. Issues are resolved quickly when they arise.
Best management company I've worked with.
In the 6 months this company owned the rental property, nothing was repaired, save for the week of closing the sale. I got a real lesson in how crooked people can be in this world. With all the fees, I needed a small forture to move in. Later I discover much of these fees were unnecessary, abnormal, and disappeared with this company as the property changed hands. There was not even a record, other than my own checkbook, of these fees.
When something went wrong I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Your people at the office are combative and rude.
The whole time I was living in a house under you all you did was try to get more money out of me. On a $12 pet thing took you 4 months to get it taken off because someone had to come out and inspect for a pet. Well no one ever came out. I went in there every week and called 2wice a week to finally get it off. I needed someone to come fix the door, they showed up 4hours late so I wasn t there anymore and I got charged a $65 no show fee. My a/c went out. I called Platinum Realty and Management from Hawaii to set up a place to live for when I PCS to Fort Campbell and my experience with the Company and its Representatives was amazing. Ms. Sherry Strysik was very professional and was sensitive to my needs. I felt relief once I was given options to secure a home.
