Give me a status on why you haven't paid me my deposit back or not. One way or the other.
We signed our lease and when we went to move into the unit, it had not been cleaned. After contacting Platinum about the situation, a cleaning crew was said to have went out to clean it. When we went back, it still had not been cleaned to a move-in standard. we had to purchase our own supplies and clean it ourselves. The floors were dirty, fans were dusty, bathrooms were disgusting (urine residue, tub stains, mildew), walls had dirt and debris on them, etc. we emailed photos to Platinum of the mess in the unit. My first impression of Platinum Realty they are courteous and polite. The application process was easy to complete and response time was fast. I would recommend Platinum Realty for anyone that's looking for a safe and reliable company.
Miscommunication between the realtors and management, sketchy transactions that sometimes weren't found until I came in to the office, filthy house and an even worse back yard, fees that weren't discussed, the list kind of goes on. All around pretty disappointed with Platinum as a whole and will definitely not ever be renting from them once my year is up.
Staff is nice but when comes to mowing lawn or fixing anything they are very crappie on getting it done.They seem to hire people who do not know what they are doing,just once i would like my stuff fixed right and not to call over and over till it gets done Id never rent from them again..

This has been by far the worst rental experience I have had. I moved into a home with more maintance issues than I can list including non working heating/air, leaking water, broken dishwasher, stove, water heater, no working lights and fans and more. My shed that was with the property had been full of someone else's junk since I moved in. The "fully fenced" yard was not shown or notified to us to be a 45 degree angle and the repair of the broken fence still hasn't completely happened.
