RecommendedAfter accidentally messing up our garage door on Friday, we frantically called around to see if we could get same-day service. Luckily, the wonderful people at Plano Overhead Garage answered our call and sent a tech out within hours. He was super nice and worked fast. Put our garage door back together and had it running like new. Highly recommend this company!

This company is great! I loved the selections of garage doors and their people are the best!
Twice in 15 years, I have needed assistance with my garage door, and in both instances Plano Overhead Garage Door came to my rescue. Most recently my old Genie motor started going out. These guys were onsite in less than 24 hours from my phone call, with a knowledgeable tech who walked me through repair and replacement options. I chose a new Liftmaster unit and he had it installed quickly and at a fair price. All around great experience from start to finish!

They were here 30 minutes after I called and had the large metal piece replaced, cut in pieces, and cleaned up in another 30 minutes. I thought they were reasonable for parts replaced and the servicing to the motor unit they did.
Excellent service from techs that actually know what they are doing. No hard sells for anything. Just great results.

Excellent customer service. JT looked at my garage door/opener back in April. He adjusted it and got it working again but this time it was clear I needed a new garage door opener. I searched for their contact information and they got the job done. Thanks again!
