Great company to work with from calling to schedule my appointment and notifying me when my technician was on his way via text message. They replaced the garage motor and spring as everything was over 20 years old. The tech went over everything with me what he did and explained since this was new technology compared to my old opener. I would highly recommend them if youre in need of a garage repair.

I opted for a new motor vs repair since my opener was so old. Thanks for making this a good experience. Highly recommend. Plano Overhead Door came to my home with 3 hours of my call o to them for help. I ended up needing a new garage door motor- but it was replaced same day & the repairman walked me through all of the features of the new system AND programmed my cars to the new system!I highly recommend them!

Technician knew very well what he was doing. Did a great job in time, arrived in time and left in time ?? He identified the problem and fixed the issue with very simple solution and accessories and replaced the spring that was broken. Replaced the new spring which was under life time warranty.
