We are extremely happy with our new garage door opener and the expert work that ***** did an hour after I called at 8a.m.! The pleasant and understanding scheduler was understanding and helped us by finding an opening too! ***** really could not have been more knowledgeable and thorough! What more can I say, same-day service, friendly, action, oriented service personnel. Quick to diagnose the problem and get repaired. Service personnel actually carry replacement parts on their truck so as to not come back at a later date. Who does that anymore? As far as I’m concerned, there’s only one garage door company and that’s Plano overhead garage door. Thank you!

The arrival was quick and the technician did an outstanding job. He fixed the original problem then added additional bracing to the opener that was installed by someone else. This and other bracing may have kept the door from falling down on my car. So it likely saved me a disaster. I only recommend Plano Overhead Door.
