RecommendedI have been with Plano Door many years. The are very reliable, on time, and professional. Just today they were out because I nicked the bottom panel backing up way to soon. I had visions of replacing the bottom panel, but had a chance for repair. All ended well with repair and I could not have been happier.
Our technician Grant was awesome. A complete professional and very courteous. No high-pressure sales, only fixed what needed to be fixed. I am a very pleased customer.
5 Stars Called them about a broken garage door spring and a couple of hour later their tech showed up. It didn’t take a full hour to replace both springs. He checked out all of the hardware on the door making sure it was in good condition and anchored properly. Polite, on time, knowledgeable and a great service for the money. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new door or repairs to an existing one. Jim L

I'm not the type that writes reviews online but this company impressed me with their attention and knowledge about our needs. The estimate was free and the work was done the same day. Within an hour Josh Dunn completed his job and now my garage door is in working condition. Would definitely recommend them A+++ .
Nate came for our Annual Preventative Maintenance Program on 3-28-2020. We received the $40 coupon for this. Nate Bell, Senior Tech, performed this service. He was very Knowledgeable, Experienced, Polite and explained in simple terms what all he did today. He gave our Equipment an excellent score. It performed whisper quiet as we have the belt drive.
