I have a 12 year old opener that had the rubber belt break. Jim H****, the tech, explained my options to me from the least expensive repair to replacing the opener due to its age, I opted for the mid priced option. No pressure at all. This is fourth time I've had them out to service my unit and am very pleased with the service. Would recommend them to anyone needing repair or annual maintenance, which I do.

Absolutely top tier & top notch. They are responsive, professional, helped us out of a bind. I wouldn't use anyone else! We had them do a new door, new tracks, and a jackshaft motor, everything is done perfectly
