They gave a 30 minute arrival window , called 30 minutes before arriving, texted a picture and info about the technician. I called on Thursday and they came on Friday. Grant quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us some options and a discount. The motor was replaced and the door is now working. Great job.

Garage door opener failed today!! one call and Grant was out to assess my problem within an hour. Unfortunately, I needed to replace my 18 year old garage door opener, but Grant had a great Liftmaster unit on the truck and had me upgraded and working within 90 minutes. Tremendous service and value. Even tuned my springs and did some track alignment. Complete soup to nuts service. Highly recommend.
