They installed our current system almost 15 years ago and have kept it serviced well. When we needed an upgrade recently, Jesse provided excellent and timely service. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us training on how to use the system. I will never call anyone other than Plano Overhead Garage Door; they're simply the best!
These guys are amazing! Grant installed my Wi-Fi enabled garage door and opener carefully, was most considerate of my time and left my garage cleaner than before. He walked me through the Wi-Fi set up to make sure everything was perfect - and it was and the ease of having a garage door I can open when I'm halfway around the world is fantastic! (or I can check to make sure I remembered to close it when I leave for work!) Fantastic company - can't say enough good things about them!

Scheduled the install for the next morning. The technician provided advance notice and arrived on time. He was so nice, and did an excellent job.
