I chose Plano Overhead Garage Door because of their high ratings on Google and Yelp, as well as glowing reviews on Nextdoor. With high expectations, I was not disappointed as both Reese (initial diagnosis) and Cory (who replaced my door) were great. Not only do the employees demonstrate excellence, the company has invested in modern technology for appointment scheduling, automated reminders, etc. without becoming robotic and losing the personal experience (Sonia!) I highly recommend Plano Overhead Garage Door!
My garage door remotes were not opening the door unless you were actually in the garage. Plano Overhead garage door sent out Ryan the same day I called who diagnosed the problem and installed a new garage door opener for me the same day. He did a great job. He helped me program my car, program a keypad, program the remotes and explain the system to me. I had used a different company the last time I needed a new garage door opener and they were terrible. These guys were great. Good job!
So thankful to find this great company again. Used them for many years, then one time some other company came out- it was not good and very expensive! So thankful to find the real company again. Brandon Lucas- thank you for such great work!

Jacob was wonderful. He called and asked if he could come earlier than my appointment...that NEVER happens anywhere else. He was fast, courteous and fixed the springs on the door. I recommend them to everyone.
