I will have Plano Overhead take care of all of my garage doors issues based on the excellent service I received. Although they were not the original installers of my door, the service technicians (JT and Will) were both very prompt in responding to my needs. The issues were resolved within just a few days (parts needed) and everything was completed in a very professional manner. Price was reasonable as well. Would not hesitate to refer others to this company.
First Class operation. Technician was professional and friendly. Quickly restored door operation and found root cause of door failure. He corrected the problem and all associated issues resulting from the primary problem.
