Our technician Jacob Obier did a very professional and thorough job of installing a new garage door. He was here on time and removed and replaced our garage door. it works great.

Excellent customer service. Everybody was very professional, and I always felt like I was getting straight answers and honest opinions. I never felt pressured into buying anything extra. I love my new door. Our installation technician (Will Rhodes) did a great job and absolutely made sure he had taken care of everything I needed before he left. I definitely recommend this great locally owned family business.
They are courteous and trustworthy. Repair and maintenance appointments are easy to schedule. The front office people are friendly and the techs are knowledgeable. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Ryan installed our garage door opener (WLED Liftmaster) today and did a fantastic job! I received a text letting me know he was on his way and he arrived just minutes later. He removed our old opener and installed the new one in less than a couple of hours which also including him helping get everything set up with my truck, the app and the key pad on the house. I am very happy with the new opener and the service, would recommend to anyone who may be looking. Thanks again Ryan and Plano Overhead!
I have never had Garage trouble before. My spring broke so I called 6 different places for advice and quotes. Plano Overhead Garage Door was selected because of the professionalism of the associate that helped me on the phone and the options provided to me. My technician who serviced my Garage was great.
