My experience in having my garage door opener replaced could not have been better! Paul R**** was just outstanding. Immediately, I knew that he was very experienced and professional - and very personable! He did a terrific job, didn't hurry or cut corners. Great service- our technician, Donny ****** was professional and answered every question I had (and trust me, that was a lot). He made sure everything was set up and that I understood the system before he left. I also asked him to hang a security camera on our patio which obviously isn't something he was there to do, and he happily did it. Request Donny!

Sprocket Coupler busted on screw-drive opener. Front desk Emily noted cost of service call and scheduled service visit next day. Emily called later same day and offered Technician visit later in day. Technician Jacob efficiently replaced coupler, tightened every nut on door panels, replaced door frame screws, checked spring and sensors, adjusted door downforce not rushing but doing everything competently in time needed to do good job.
