After spending the day doing research about companies in the area, I called Plano Overhead Garage Door around 4:45 PM... on a Friday... with the hopes of having someone come out the next week. They had someone at our house that afternoon! (we do live close to their office). Tech came out, looked at our current opener, made a suggestion on a product, with a very fair price. I called Plano Overhead Garage Door because one of my garage door cables was loose and not winding properly. The service technician, Grant Bound, arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided me with my options and patiently answered all my questions. Once I approved the work, Grant then quickly fixed the problem. I am very happy with the results and will call Plano Overhead next time I have a garage issue.
Brandon did a great job! He was on time, professional and courteous. Brandon took the time to explain all that he did and how to maintain each system. We will only use Plano Overhead Garage Door moving forward.
