My experience with Plano Overhead Garage Door was excellent. From the phone call I made enquiring about their products and services to having my new Garage door installed.
Great service and turnaround time. I had a spring snap on Friday evening. Left a service request on the website that evening. Received an email at 7:30 Saturday morning asking for specifics on the problem. A couple of exchanges later, had an appointment for 10:30 Saturday morning. Jacob did a great job and had the springs replaced and door balanced in less than an hour. Really appreciate the prompt and thorough service.
Plano Overhead Garage always comes through. Broken spring, were able to come out same day. Brandon did a great job and also replaced the roller wheels at the same time. Appreciate their attentiveness, efficiency and availability. Thank you!
Plano Overhead Doors was called to resolve a problem that I was responsible for a simple, to me, project got out of hand and I was not able to resolve the mistake I made. JT T**** was sent to correct the mess I made, and was quick to begin repairs. By the time he was finished the door was functioning better than new! The care and attention from customer service was exceptional. The service technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Very satisfied with the work but was surprised at how much more it cost compared to previous occasions.
