On Friday, Dec 2, 2022, my garage door would not open for the wife as she arrived home. She immediately parked in the driveway and came inside the house and started putting pressure on me to fix it. I have used this company for years and have always been happy with the service provided. The company is immediately responsive to phone messages. Paul Reyna was EXCELLENT. He installed the opener and helped me through the setup process, answered all of my questions and left my garage cleaner than when he first arrived. I can't say enough good things about him!
This is the only company you need to call if you have issues with your electric garage door. I had rollers that popped out so my garage door would not close. Plano Overhead Door service was prompt and their technician solved the problem the first time. I was impressed when the technician checked a few things like balance to be sure I avoid having problems going forward. This company has staff that are easy to work with (IE they do what they say they will do) Huge relief!
