OMG! In this 90+ degree weather today, Jacob and John was AWESOME! If you ever need a beautiful garage door and installation please ask for these two guys! We had banged up double garage doors and had it replaced with a single garage door. What a difference!! It is true, you pay for what you get! Jarrod was very knowledgeable and informative on what he was doing. We had an issue with sunlight hitting the beams in the morning and afternoon. Jarrod came back a second time after the first try didn't work and hopefully fixed the problem this time. He said to not hesitate to call them again if we have beam issues again. Plano Overhead and Jarrod are a pleasure to work with.
We had our garage door replaced. Plano Overhead Garage Door was great from the first call to the install finish. Andrew installed the door very fast and it looks great! The new door rollers are so quiet!!!! Great service.

I've used this company for 15 years. Fast, great, reliable service that's priced fair. They installed my first opener in 2005 which was still running strong but lots of new technology available on these newer units. I don't normally review companies, but we had John come out and install an opener on our new house this week, and it was really a great experience! He was prompt, polite, and gave us a no frills consultation and install. I will definitely recommend this company in the future and use them for future maintenance needs!! 👍🏻
