Good service, professional and quick
Amazing service. Called close to 5pm. Had someone here by 5:30ish. He was well groomed and very nice. Had our door fixed, oiled and working better than when we moved in. It used to shake, creak, make noise the whole way up or down the track. We had to press the button twice to get it to work. Had one wheel off the track due to settling and spring needed some work. Now one press and can hardly hear it!! Can't remember techs first name but last name was Self. Thanks. Will definitely use again if needed. Highest recommendation.

After our old garage door had one more ‘episode’ I told my wife I wanted to replace the stupid thing. I called 3 companies for quotes. They were all within a hundred or two dollars in price. One failed to send me their quote so I eliminated them. The remaining two, one of which was Plano Overhead Garage Door, were very close in price. I then compared the door each would install. Plano Overhead Garage was great to work with. I was surprised they had same day service but JT arrived less than 1 hour after I called. He explained what was wrong, gave me an exact estimate & finished within the time he gave me. Excellent customer service & was very professional the entire time. Plano Overhead was incredibly responsive, professional and prompt. I did not feel pushed into any sales but was shown where we had issues with our 20 year old door. Jon and Jerod were both prompt and so helpful. Would highly recommend!
