Our garage door spring broke last night. After reading different reviews, we talked to 2 companies. Plano Overhead Garage Door was honest, no upsell, excellent technician, arrived on time, replaced the bad spring, noticed a few other minor problems which he fixed at no additional cost, and was a very pleasant person to deal with. So was their office staff we talked in scheduling the appointment.These are the guys you want to go to for garage door issues.

Replaced my old garage system with a new camera garage system. Everyone at Plano Overhead was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; from my first call to final install. My appointment was scheduled quickly. The issue was quickly assessed and I was given thorough answers to my many questions. The technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient. I continue to be impressed with the honesty in which Plano Overhead Garage Door does business. I had a broken spring which was probably over twenty years old and had no idea it came with a lifetime warranty. I expected to pay full price, but **** who did the install researched the records and found the warranty. He could have easily charged full price and I would not have known any different. I only had to pay for the labor.

Great work. Had a difficult install due to low overhead and have had problems for years with the existing garage door. It was difficult to shut and I had to hold the button down until it had screamed, and screeched and closed all the way. Finally had to call Overhead door when the mechanism broke and cut a V in the roof of my car before I could stop it. **** came the same week I called, gave me a fair estimate, got the job, made an appointment to hang a new door and got the job done in the same week. This is an exceptional company. We had a service on our garage door last year, and we called them this year for an annual service. The technician arrived on time. He explained everything to me related to our garage door problems: urgent issues and not so urgent issues. He did not try to sell anything. I let him know what services we would like to have done at this time. I trust this company 100%, and I feel I am in very good hands with our garage door issues always. These guys are the real deal at Plano Overhead garage door. Always professional and friendly and on point for repairs or replacement. Never once upsold or overcharged and the entire staff have always treated me like family....since 1978!

I have used Plano Overhead Garage Door several times in the last 24 years.They are professional, punctual and knowledgeable.I have never experienced a problem with they work.They have never tried to upcharge **** have neve been disappointed.**************
