We heard this company from our neighbors recommendation. They are very professional people and honest. They offered different options and the technician knows their job. They considered for the customer and make recommendation that can save us money and also solve the problem. The front desk lady is very helpful and considerate as well. She gave me very honest and helpful advice that end saving us money. I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic service..above and beyond. Friday at 4:30 pm one of our garage door springs brokePlano Overhead had Will at house within 30 min!!! Will quickly and professionally changed out both springs..lubricated and did safety checks. All done within 30 min!! Fantastic!! Our go to garage door team. Thank you Will and Plano Overhead!!!

************** was *******************. He did an absolutely incredible job. Showed up right on time and had me a quote in five mins. He got right to work and finished in less than an hour. Incredible job and made our garage door much more sturdy. My wife and I are very happy with the work and he was so professional the entire time. 10/10 would recommend getting ***** to fix your garage door!

2-17-24/Saturday/1200 CT:March **** was due my Annual Preventative Maintenance Appointment. However on 2-16-24/Friday my Lt ****** Snapped apart when trying to open door. Called *******... I requested my very experienced & knowledgeable Tech ********************* for my repairs..******* worked me in schedule for 2-17-24/Saturday/1200 Noon. ***** replaced both my ******s with better ones than original, Heavy Duty ******s. I am by nature suspicious of services I request on the internet. I called three other places before Plano Overhead and was not satisfied with their response. When you call a business and someone answers "Hello" you know better than doing business with them. Others either did not serve my area or were too busy to respond in an acceptable time frame. I called and they came out the next day. I just needed an adjustment on one side that they did. The miter is older but so far not giving me any problems. But, I did have the technician send me an estimate for a replacement down the road. The technician was very thorough and explained everything to me. I will definitely recommend them and call them in the future when I need their services.
