RecommendedGreat service. Our technician, Jon, was right on time. As it turns out Jon is the same tech that serviced our garage door over the years. He gave me several options to repair or replace our door opener. He and his associate went right to work and took care of everything including hauling away all the trash. I will always use Plano Overhead Garage Door. They also did our son's door opener with the same level of service.

From the person answering the call to the tech who did the service, this company was a 5 out of 5 all the way. They sent a picture of the tech, tech arrived on time (yes, it was same-day), service was thorough, and garage was cleaned up. Based on this first experience, we'll definitely call them again, if/when needed.

Found a metal roller on my garage floor & realized it had come from my door. I called & Plano overhead door was able to send a tech out immediately. He replaced all rollers & checked out the motor. Fabulous young man, very professional & experienced. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Plano Overhead Garage Door was top notch from the very first call to schedule an appointment. The phone representative was professional and efficient. And, I was surprised that they could schedule a technician that same morning. They did everything they said they would do.
