If you HAVE any garage door needs or repairs this is the place to go. Called to schedule a repair on my garage doors. The appointment was made within 2 days. Service technician was polite, efficient, professional, informative, proactive with other concerns for the other garage doors that weren't being serviced. Pricing was appropriate. Just had an annual service complete by ****. Very professional, timely, and provided great service to include a great overview of the work completed as well as some helpful pointers on maintenance that I can do throughout the year.

They sent ******* ***** to us same day. He was very friendly, informative and gave us a good estimate. Next day, **** ****** did the installation. There was never a doubt that hes a pro and knows his job. He was friendly, explained everything and was open to questions. He did an outstanding job. We would never hesitate to use this companys services again!
Plano Overhead Garage Door came on 10/09/2024 to service my garage door as it would not close. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed the door and did maintenance and it works great. He also gave me options of what needed to be done and did not. I will definitely will use them again when needed Thanks **** B
