I had the pleasure of having Plano Overhead Garage Door install a new door. I was able to get next day service, the tech showed up on schedule, was VERY pleasant, installed the door efficiently, cleaned up after the installation, showed me the proper way to lubricate the door and how often to do it and he let me test the door to make sure I was satisfied. Needless to say I am a VERY HAPPY CAMPER and strongly recommend them for any garage door requirements

We had the original garage door that was installed 50 years ago when the house was built - heavy wooden double car door. One of the springs broke and with the door being so heavy and us getting older we could not lift the old door. Plano Overhead Door was quick to respond and gave us options including replacing the springs and installing a whole new door. We opted for the new door - much lighter and less stress on the springs.
