Absolutely LOVE our new, extremely quiet garage! JT did an amazing job with the garage door! It sure felt great to be able to actually park my car in the garage because we have a door that works! If we ever have any future needs regarding garage services, we will definitely be calling Plano Overhead!
I had to have my controller repaired. They were available the next day and were prompt and early to the scheduled time even, but they checked it that was ok first. The fix turned out to be simple but the tech, Jacob, check through a few common causes before he made the final repair. He was extremely courteous and thorough and answered every one of my questions. If I have any more issues I know I will call them and request him again if possible.
