Broke my torsion spring on my door. I went in to their showroom to buy a new spring and attempt to install myself. the install fees were so reasonable it just didnt make sense for me to try myself. install tech was here in less than an hour, knocked it out while checking the whole system and adjusting alignment!!! great company!!!
I bought my garage doors several years ago from Plano Overhead; have been very pleased with them. Their yearly service is good as well. I agree with Ronnie - the mechanic did have a great personality & that makes doing business with them a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this company.
Called for a concern I had and they had someone out my way in less than an hour. The sent me a picture of the person coming that is a great way to ensure nobody just shows up. I am glad you care for our safety.

They provided next day service to install the new garage door and Liftmaster belt drive opener. Very quite and the latest technology with the safety sensors. WiFi compatibility.
