After they quickly responded to our call, they diagnosed a faulty circuit board and age issue and replaced the motor unit and included two new remote control units. They also adjusted and lubricated all of the moving components and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Great professional service. I highly recommend them!
We had a great experience yesterday with Jacob O'Bier of Plano Overhead Garage. He went the extra mile to ensure the garage door was working perfectly. He replaced the springs and then changed the limits to make sure there was not a recurrence of the problem, but didn’t stop there.
